Hello everybody please tell me which brand is this controller and is it support software for programming, if support then plsease provide me software.

I would guess it is a votol em 100
There is a votol em 100 and em 150 thread on "E-vehicles general discussion", you can find the software and instructions there.

If you enlarge the thumbnail, the then visible left side says “EM100”. It is by label a VOTOL EM100 — 80 amp.

Buy a wire harness for it, they will have color-coded wires which you can find diagrams for online. There are also pinouts for the old EMs if you dig around.
