While connecting the VOTOL EM100 controller with the PC, I am getting this error.
I am using following USB Cable... https://robu.in/product/pl2303-ta-download-cable-usb-ttl-rs232-module-usb-serial/
Is this cable okay??

What can I try to connect the controller with a PC?
Please guide me.

Are you sure you are choosing the correct serial port?
Did you try the 115200 baudrate option?
Is the controller enabled (red led blinking)?

Yes, I selected correct serial Port only.
I didn't tried with 115200 baudrate, I will try it tonight and tell you.
Yes, controller is enabled, motor is running... (But where is the red led? I didn't find any led)

I'm not sure if all of them have the LED, it's pretty faint on mine, it's on the back.

I have windows 11, Can it be a driver problem? Can you share me the driver link?
